OSTEOPAThy is less about where it hurts, and more about why it hurts.
meet faye.
Hi, I'm Faye.
I'm a Registered Osteopath based in Nottingham, helping people better understand their bodies.
I was drawn to osteopathy because no two people are the same. Every person brings a different story, different experiences and different ways of moving. I enjoy taking the time to ask questions, listen carefully and build a clear picture of what's going on.
I believe good care starts with understanding. Every appointment begins with listening to your concerns, carrying out a thorough assessment and explaining what I find in a way that makes sense. If osteopathic treatment is appropriate, we'll work together to create a plan that supports your goals, whether that's through hands-on treatment, advice or exercise.
I won't promise quick fixes or unnecessary treatment. My aim is to help you understand your body, feel confident in your recovery and get back to doing the things that matter to you.
